- April 26 2007 Mailed references to Becca, Mom and Dad, and Susan
- May 2 2007 Mailed I-600A
- May 3 2007 Completed Pre-Adopt Education course
- May 3 2007 Medical Exams
- May 4 2007 Mailed med exam and adoption contract to PLAN
- May 4 2007 Ordered NJ (Julie) and RI (Dean) birth certificates
- May 6 2007 Autobiographies to PLAN
- May 10 2007 NJ birth certicate and RI birth certificate received
- June 7 2007 first Homestudy visit with PLAN's social worker Cindy

- August 2 2007 Went to local police station for police clearance letter, received next day
- August 2 2007 Sent away for certified and recertified Marriage Certificate from RI
- August 4 2007 FIngerprinted by immigration
- August 13 received Marriage Certificate from RI w/good luck on adoption note
- August 28 2007 received I-171H
- August 30 2007 Sent to OR secretary of state all docs to be certified
- September 1, 2007 ARGH! ERROR! needed to send Julie's employment letter to RI secretary of state not OR - mailed out same day
- September 1 2007 Vietnam application sent to PLAN
- September 11 2007 All docs sent to VTNM consulate for authentication
- September 25 2007 Authenticated docs returned to PLAN
- SEPTEMBER 28 2007 DTV!!!
- November 7 2007 Vietnam Adoption Concerns - YIKES!!
- NOVEMBER 30 2007! Received referral for Stephen-Paul!!
- December 8 2007 Mailed all final Referral paperwork to PLAN
- December 10, 2007 PLAN received final Referral paperwork
- January 22, 2008 I600 Packet Sent to VTNM from PLAN
- February 18 2008 Official word that our I600 has been filed w/USCIS in VTNM
- February 19 2008 Express Mailed Our VISA applications to Consulate
- February 22 2008 We received our VISAs
- March 6 2008*** APPROVAL TO TRAVEL!!!!
- March 20 2008 TRAVEL
- March 24 2008 Giving and Receiving Ceremony
- April 4 2008 Received Baby's VISA

Looks like a super celebration. Happy birhtday Dean!
Looks like the boys had the best time preping for the big celebration. I love SP's enthusiasm for licking all things consisting of sugar. The boys' expressions of delight while watching Dean read his card are precious. Happy birthday Dean!!!
Did SP seriously fall asleep like that? I'm so impressed--my kids don't fall asleep anywhere other than their beds (and of course Rayna doesn't even sleep there!)
